2.What we process
When you send the contact form: name, email, optional organisation, and what you write yourself (enquiry type, stage, length, logline and message). The sole purpose is to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (f)).
3.How it is sent
The form posts to a PHP script on our Hostinger web hosting, which forwards it as an email through the host’s mail system to [email protected]. The script does not store the message on the server. A success response only means the mail system accepted it — not that it was delivered.
4.Rate limiting
To prevent abuse, at most five attempts per 15 minutes are allowed. During that period the server stores a pseudonymous SHA-256 value derived from your IP address and the site’s domain plus a counter in a temporary directory outside the public web root. Files older than 15 minutes are deleted on the next request.
5.Retention
Enquiry emails are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed to answer and follow up the enquiry, then deleted. We have not set a fixed number of months. The host’s own technical logs are handled by Hostinger under their terms.
6.Cookies and local storage
We use no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser’s localStorage. The logline workshop uses sessionStorage only if you choose to attach a logline to the form. Fonts are served from our own domain.
7.Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and to withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
